O que você aprenderá

Food contact materials (FCM) regulations in EU and the U.S. are evolving fast. With the EU tightening rules on BPA and bisphenols, introducing a landmark Quality Amendment to Regulation (EU) 10/2011, and member states such as Germany, Denmark, and Switzerland rolling out their own national requirements, compliance is more complex than ever. In the US, the FDA is advancing its post-market chemical review program, reforming the GRAS system, invalidating PFAS-related food contact notifications, and states are enacting PFAS bans at an accelerating pace.

For manufacturers and importers selling products in the EU and US, staying current is no longer optional. In this webinar, QIMA's regulatory expert Ann-Marleen Karbenk will break down the most critical EU and US FCM updates, explain what they mean for your products and supply chain, and share practical guidance to help you stay compliant.
